FAQs

Are WheelHouse memberships month-to-month?

1

Yes! All WheelHouse memberships are month-to-month. There’s no long-term contract required, so you can keep riding with us for as long as WheelHouse works for you.

How do I cancel my membership?

2

We require at least 14 days’ notice before your next billing date to cancel a membership. Cancellation requests received less than 14 days before your next billing date are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.

What is the class cancellation policy?

3

We have a 4-hour cancellation window. Please cancel your reservation through the WheelHouse app at least 4 hours before class so another rider has the opportunity to grab your bike. After 3 late cancellations within a month, a $15 late-cancellation fee will apply.

What happens if I no-show a class?

4

We know things happen! However, reserved bikes that go unused can keep another rider from joining class. After more than 2 no-shows within a month, a $20 no-show fee will apply.

When should I arrive for classes?

5

We recommend arriving 10–15 minutes early, especially for your first ride. This gives you time to check in, get comfortable, and have our team help you properly set up your bike.

Bring water, comfortable workout clothes, and your energy! Cycling shoes can be worn with our bikes, and our team can help you with everything you need before your first ride. We do have cycle shoes available at our studio to rent.

6

What should I bring?

I’m new to cycling. Can I still take a class?

7

Absolutely. WheelHouse is for every level of rider. Our team will help you get set up, and you are always encouraged to ride at the resistance and intensity that feels right for you.

What are Wheelhouse cycling classes like?

8

All WheelHouse rides are rhythm-based and driven by the music. Expect beat-driven cycling, resistance, endurance, choreography, and plenty of energy. Our Strength format adds an increased focus on upper-body work using arm bars and resistance bands, all while staying on the bike.

Yes! Themed rides are a big part of WheelHouse. Expect different artists, genres, throwbacks, explicit rides, and special themes throughout the month.

9

Do you offer theme rides?

The easiest way to reserve your bike is through the WheelHouse app. Choose your class, reserve your spot, and you're ready to ride.

10

How do I book a ride?

Yes! Our Unlimited membership includes one guest pass per month, and our Better Together membership includes two guest passes per month.

11

Can I bring a guest?

Ride packs expire 6 months from the date of purchase. Unused ride credits do not roll over or extend past the expiration date.

12

Do ride packs expire?

Can I put my membership on hold?

13

Yes! WheelHouse memberships can be placed on hold when needed. Please contact our team before your next billing date so we can assist with your membership hold.

Walk-ins are welcome when bikes are available, but we highly recommend booking through the WheelHouse app ahead of time to guarantee your spot.
